Alternatively, you can ask for the new patient forms to be emailed to you by our staff.<\/p><p>Standard consults: 15 minutes<\/p><p>Script renewals: 5-15 minutes<\/p><p>Please see our fees and rebates page for information regarding cost and referrals.<\/p><p><strong>Telehealth appointments:<\/strong> At Perth Men\u2019s Health we provide video consultations via the internet for patients in rural and regional areas. Telehealth is a great way to reduce geographical disadvantage for rural and remote patients receiving treatment.<\/p><p>Dr Yin Min Hew consults with patients via telehealth and these consultations can be in your own home via computer or smart device.<\/p><p>Please feel free to discuss your eligibility or further information regarding telehealth with our staff.<\/p><p><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong> Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a non-attendance fee or a deposit equal to the full cost of your appointment being required to book further appointments (this deposit will then be taken as payment for your next appointment should you attend).<\/p><p><strong>Privacy:<\/strong> Perth Men\u2019s Health is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal health information. Please contact us if you wish to view a copy of our privacy policy.<\/p><p><strong>Referrals:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Dr Yin Min Hew is a specialist physician which means that a referral is required to maximise your Medicare rebate.
