Most STIs are transmitted in sexual fluids, but some can be passed on from skin-to-skin genital contact.<\/p><p>Most STIs don\u2019t have symptoms and you might never know you have been infected with one.<\/p><p><strong>Symptoms include:<\/strong><\/p><ul style=\"margin-left: 2em; list-style-position: outside;\"><li>Pain or burning when urinating (peeing)<\/li><li>Discharge from your vagina or penis<\/li><li>Pain in the testis or swollen testis<\/li><li>Sores, blisters or lumps on the genitals or in the oral or rectal area<\/li><li>Unusual bleeding, discomfort or itch in genital area in females<\/li><li>Sharp or cramping pain with sex in females<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"fw-col-xs-12 fw-col-sm-6\">\n\t<p><strong>Risk Factors:<\/strong><br \/>Anyone who is sexually active risks exposure to sexually transmitted infection to some degree.<br \/>The risk is increased if you:<\/p><ul style=\"margin-left: 2em;
